Pick a frontier wedge (agentic AI products, robotics PM, AI-infra GTM) and become a named voice in it via writing or conference talks — generic PM at a hot company is a thousands-deep pool; named expert in a specific frontier vertical is hundreds-deep with 2-3× transfer fee.

By 35, take an explicit GM or founding-PM seat at a Series B-C startup with meaningful equity — the realistic POT (low 80s) is only unlocked by an ownership rung, not by another senior-PM cycle at a large incumbent.
